Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery Trust (Cumbria, UK) transferred from public sector control to charitable trust status in May 2011. As a consequence of this transfer, the Museum now has to look towards new and innovative ways of fundraising and developing the business whilst maintaining its cultural integrity and continuing with its successful community outreach projects.
Therefore the museum is seeking European partners from similar institutions to exchange knowledge and develop new ideas in creating sustainable incomes for public museum and gallery spaces.
